We are pleased to share an important update regarding our ongoing development at The Payogan Villa Resort & Spa Ubud, designed to further enrich the guest experience we offer. As part of our continued growth, a development project began on 15 November 2024 and is currently underway in the southern part of our resort. This project involves the construction of an exclusive suite room, along with Ubud’s only rooftop ballroom and wedding venue — a landmark addition to our resort and the surrounding area.
This expansion represents our unwavering dedication to providing exceptional luxury and comfort. The new suite will be crafted with refined aesthetics and modern amenities, creating a serene sanctuary for our future guests. The location of the project is purposefully distanced from our existing villas, ensuring minimal disruption to our current guests' peace and privacy.
We remain fully committed to maintaining the high standards of hospitality that our partners and guests expect from us. Our team continues to preserve the tranquil atmosphere that defines The Payogan experience, even during this period of development. Please rest assured that we have taken proactive measures to manage these areas with minimal impact on our operations. The construction is expected to continue through to 30 June 2026, and we will keep you informed with regular updates as progress unfolds.
